    Need some input here. 92 200xp. Fuel system clean. Coming out of hole and will not get on plane. Lack of power and rpm. Happened a couple of times last year, shut it off and restart a time or two and then would be 100 percent ok. Also had a no start a couple of times when first out this summer...
