    Steering Issues On My Johnson 200

    I am having trouble with the steering on my 1989 Johnson 200 Ocean Runner. The steering has become very tight in the center of the steering range. Is there a way to determine if the problem is in the cables or in some other component? Are there lubrication points that I have not found? Any help...
