    H ithere, I have a 2019 Pro Kicker 9.9ELPS with remote controls and electric choke. I can get the motor to start but and it will bogg down when I throttle up in neutral. Once running it is high RPM, then if I go back to idle it will die. I have tried to put it in gear and then it will die...
