    I have a 2000 merc 115hp 2 stroke serial #0T052349 was preparing to start for first time this season and found water in the air silencer box. Started motor and warmed up when I shut it down I noticed water seaping out of carbs. I was stored boat and motor same way for years.

    first new to this site. need some help.2000 115 hp starts fine, idles good, but at wot no more than 2700 rpms, checked plugs no spark on lower cyl, replaced lower cdms still no spark. What now
