    Old Evinrude won't go forward

    I have an older evinrude, it will not go forward. it pisses fine and revs up just fine but it still will not go forward, it seems as if it is shifting into gear it just doesnt go over like 1 mph. i know it isnt the sheer pin because ive checked that knowing that could be it since it has happened...
