    Cranking Problem

    I just finished rebuilding my 115 inline 6 cyl. and when I test cranked it seemed hard to turn over, so I removed the spark plugs and it cranked like it should. Do I have something set wrong with the reeds not opening when they should? Thanks for some help on this.
