    I was going through all this like, yup got it, yup got it, but that last part in caps i wondered about, so I got a little wire and reached it up the overflow hole and I realized that it's all plugged up, so I'm gonna clean that out tomorrow and see what happens cause as of right now it's going...

    Also i didn't buy an Amazon kit because I agree that they are trash, and yes it is cork but I just replaced it with my new carb kit I put in so i dont think it should be very saturated yet, I'm going to try that and blow through it and see if the actual needle is indeed seating, thank you all...
