    No history other then it ran when they pulled it off a jon boat they sold and let it sit for about a year, father and young son, i believed em. I'm definitely not lacking the arm. Thanks for the tips, this is exactly the kind of info I've been looking for.

    Thank you, non oxy? As in ethanol free? It wasn't connected to a fuel supply. Had been sitting outside for over a year on Stand I sprayed some mercury power tune in the air intake and hooked it up to some fresh ethanol free gas 50:1, gave it about a dozen pulls and nothing. All I've tried so...
