    Tohatsu 9.8 hard to pull starter

    Got a Tohatsu 9.8 as part of a boat purchase. When it showed up it had been laid in the back of a truck with the “this side up for storage” sticker down and it had leaked oil everywhere. I drained all the oil and refilled it, pulled the plugs and turned it over and not surprisingly oil shot out...
