350 mag mpi beep alarm

Got boat back from having a new drive to transom hose fitted due to original coming off at drive end. 1st couple hours fine no overheating as it was doing before. But now I am getting beeping alarm. Not there at idle, driving boat about 2500 rpm 2 beeps per minute, full throttle to get on plane continuous beep. Throttle back to idle beeping stops. Engine temp, oil good. Took water pressure sensor out & it is clean. Impellor only a couple of years old & not done many hours. Bit of a hassle to get it to mechanic with diag tool so thought I would post here 1st.

the alarms for engine temp, .low engine oil ,no low outdrive oil.
a laser temp gun will indicate engine temp better than a gauge plus if you cant hold a hand on the riser your definitely running hot

That will shorten the service life of the impeller..

Thanks for reply. Risers are only warm so temp ok. Engine oil level fine & outdrive oil level good.
