hello..... it will not stay idling. it will not stay running unless I put it in gear.... even when I put it at full throttle I only go about 7mph ..... the seller told us that he rebuilt the carburetor but only adjusted it in his driveway...... so we would like to know how can we adjust itThere are no mixture adjusting screws.-------What is this motor doing / not doing ?
