Mercruiser 4.3L V MPI alpha one - Beeps e limit 3500 rpm

Loud beep when you turn on the start button, 2 beeps every minute and when accelerating close to 3000 rpm the beep increases and the westboard engine limits the spin. Help me please !!!!!!!!!!!
 
Everything happens on the starboard engine. The port engine is in perfect working order, but it also enters an RPM limit when placed in the water with thrust.
New spark plugs
New MAP sensor
Fuel engine pressure 32 PSI starboard and 35 PSI port engine.
Two stern drive oil replaced and bottles cleaned.
Alternator voltage 12.9 V, after starting 14V and 15.2 at 1800 RPM.
I changed the IAC sensor and nothing changed.

First, don't replace parts unless you KNOW they're bad. Second, IAC isn't a sensor.

Post the model year of the engines and other info such as, who worked on the engines just before this started? Has an engine been removed or replaced? What service has required parts replacement?

Check your fuel pressure.
