Suzuki DT140hp Water Pump Case - 1985

Hi all,

Searching the internet for a water pump case and repair kit for my Suzuki DT140hp 1985 outboard.

Motors still running really well but water pump housing and internals need replacing. Can find impeller and gaskets etc, but no luck locating water pump case/housing.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

That is far away.----So what is wrong with your housing.----Is it cracked , melted ?----Not repairable ?----Pictures.-----I have a couple of those 4 cylinder motors for parts.

It’s melted on the inside and I don’t think it is sealing properly. Have taken out metal impeller surrounds and cleaned up, but think it’s the actual housing that is the problem.

Looks like somebody ran the motor without cooling water.----I will look and see if I have a good pump housing..----No idea what mailing would cost to you.----And I do not do anything in a hurry.

No numbers on the housing, but the part number is 17410-94513. Couple more images for comparison.

Wasn’t trying to step on your toes. The forum I mentioned has a few members from Australia that run older Suzuki’s 2 strokes and might have a lead on a water pump housing closer to home.
