70 hp 1999 outboard mfg trim adjusting

I can't find anything with the search,got a 70 hp ,when i let go steering wheel it turns right hard,tried moving tab on motor and it just makes the boat run kinda sideways,I've never had a motor this big and know squat about 'em,anyone could help me out I'd be obliged.

Move the trim tab in the direction of the pulling. You'll reach a point where the torque of the engine neutralizes.
