year of my 15 hp mariner ?

mariner 15 hp ,serial is: 09601150 ,it is built in belgium. i have to change the impeller from the cooling sistem and i do not know what to order. is it a impeller for merc or for yamaha? please help me with that!
 
I'm going to guess that it's a 1990 model, being made in Belgium would make it a Mercury unit as Yamaha ones are made in Japan (as far as I know).
