Yamaha cv85 corroded block

Hey guys new to forum, I've currently got a 94 model cv85 Yamaha thats got some corrosion issues.

Water has started leaking into all three cylinders. I pulled off the exhaust plate and found a small pin hole. I also decided to pull the head off and after further inspection found pitting.

Is this motor salvageable or a throw out job?.

I was given a 2005 Yamaha 4 stroke 90.-----Totally corroded water jackets.----Declared not fixable by a marina.-----Many owners will learn of these issues in the future.

Aluminum corroding in the presence of salt water?

Motor I got was always in fresh water.----Have a 50 HP and now this 90 HP Yamaha with same water jacket corrosion.----Amazing !
