Yamaha 90hp 2stroke carb issues

What do i need to do to keep the Carberators from Gumming up, Do to Ethynol ??

Always run carburetors dry when done boating.---------------Disconnect hose and let motor idle till it quits.

Thanks, I allways did that on my smaller engines! but I never thought about it with the big ones. And after this carb rebuild job. You bet I;ll be running the moter dry. Thanks again;

Unless you drain the carburetors there will always be a little fuel left in the bowl.

Why not run Sea Foam or the like. Always worked for me on all my stuff running on gasoline.
