Greetings from South Africa. I have just purchased a 2020 yamaha 15hp. Motor starts no problem and seems to run fine once over half throttle. Problem I am having is a kind of stutter when pulling away in the quarter throttle range. According to the dealer the carb is cleaned and the plugs are new ( ican vouch for that as I saw them coming out the box and into the motor) I am puzzled as to what could be causing this , is it the air mixture setting?
