Hello Everyone,
89 rude 70 hp E70TLCEM fresh rebuild. I’d like to check/set the wide open throttle timing but like many others I have no test wheel. I seen the threads on the Joe Reeves method and read threads of the timing being checked out on the water but wondered if there was a new and improved way to check the timing. Any help is appreciated!
