My 07' 150 EFI states on the engine plate that at WOT the revs should be at 5750. My question is where should my engine be trimmed to to achieve these revs? With my engine trimmed all the way down, I only get around 5200 rpm at full throttle. Is this normal or is there a problem? I am running a 19' prop on a 17ft hull. Is there a standard trim position in the industry where they get these rpm numbers from?. Thanks for any info.
