Older model 3-cylinder Mercury Mariner runs fine when first turned on but if you turn it off it won't turn on for a while. Turns over fine but it just sounds like it ain't getting no fuel, if I hit the primer I end up flooding it. Someone said to check the electric choke does that sound correct guys? I located what I believe is the electric choke little gold thing with a black button on the top if I press down that black button the motor cuts off and it's hard to start same as I mentioned above. Thank you guys
