When the horn goes off

"I have the 1976 Chrysler 135H

"I have the 1976 Chrysler 135HP engine.
I noticed, the horn went off when the water was too shallow or the prop was tangled with lines or something.
Other than that, I don't know what conditions will trigger the horn to go off.
