What year

I am trying to find the year of an older 7.5 hp Mercury, The serial number on the tag is A196451. Any of the charts that I have looked at does not include this number. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

part numbers for waterpump impeller. and fuel pump repair kit. also missing screen for carb and would like fuel line connect for engine side. the motor runs great just need some missing parts and an exploded view would be nice!
