The timing normally does not go out of adjustment on these motors.-----What is your motor doing / not doing ?

I took the flywheel off to check and carbs to clean and had broken links to carb and timing arms.

The jet engine having a tough time starting. So after putting new reeds and cleaning carbs. I messed with the timing. Screwed it all up. I ordered a dial gauge and found TDC then did the timing adjustment with carbs, but dont know if timing is 2 or 4 BTDC and the high is 28? I have three carb kits with gaskets and needle valves and new fuel jets. (072 for less than 2500 ft. elevation) coming in a few days.
