wear sleeve replacement

I have a 87 mercury 25hp 2 stroke that needs a new crankshaft wear sleeve. what is the best way to replace.

you will need a machine shop to do it. there are sleeves called Speedy-Sleeve in various sizes.
You will need to consult with the shop to see if they have a size that will work.
Then the crank end is turned down on a lathe, the sleeve installed....
