Water in U-Joint Bellow

Alpha1 Gen ll, Inspected the Ujoints and Gimbel bearing, there is water in Ujoints Bellow. If Bellow is not torn what could be the solution to fixing it? Thanks

Replace the bellows. Unless the boat had water in the bilge and it was over the crank shaft, there has to be a leak in the bellows.

or you didnt glue the rubber ring in the housing before installing the drive
