Water in oil

Looking for help in diagnosing

I have a 2006 Johnson 15 hp 4 stroke.... one day the impeller went out and the engine ran very hot for a short period of time. Weeks later the tube that goes into the intake started gushing out milky nastiness. I have reached out to some friends and they have recommended that I change the oil and see if the problem happens again. This weekend I changed oil and oil filter. Took it out on the lake and within a matter of running it 10 minutes, the milk was back. It was not coming out of the intake tube but it was on the dipstick.

Can anyone point me in the right direction in what I need to do to fix this? I am very amateur in engine repair work but have some good friends and a college budget.

A SUZUKI built machine.----Often on these motors the cooling water comes through the oil sump.-----High heat may damage the seals / gaskets on passageways.-----Hopefully you can investigate and repair it yourself.------Manual will help.---Dealer help will be pricy !
