force 125 water circulation in power head was cured when i replaced wrong exhaust plate gasket put in new impeller still no water to power head with ear muffs the reason for new impeller was old one was junk burned up but i always use ear muffs before starting any ideas
 
if i use a water hose with nozzle and spray up tube while running everything is fine i put lower end back on use hose with muffs i don't get water to power head overheat alarm goes off i know the tube is aligned and the impeller is new the lower end is model 1258x9d my motor is model 1251x9c i don't know if that makes any difference need to find way to make sure tube is tight in pump guide any ideas
 
The pump housing has a small hole in it is it clogged?The wear plate in good shape?The impeller lock key in place and not slipping.The impellers center could be slipping.Post a pic of the pump and pieces.
When you hook up the muffs tape them in place.Making sure it all gets covered.
On the hose it doesn't get the water you get in a bucket or the lake.J
