I have had problems with my starter on my honda 90 -97. Last time now I found out that I have water standing under the starter. I saw on internet that someone have had the same problem and that there was a service bulletin #26 from Honda. I have now been in contact with my Local honda service place here in Sweden and they tell me this doesn't exist. Do anyone know if there is a difference between the service bulletins in Nordics and US? Maybe there are someone having this bulletin or a link that I can show them if it exists.
