Warning is 1 long beep and when engine is off and key is on its 4 quick blasts followed by 3 blasts

2003 Johnson 140. Key turned but not on I get 4 quick blasts from warning lights followed by 3. What does this mean

Thank you. Can I run it some before having injector serviced or will it stall out ?

I have had injectors cleaned out twice now thinking that’s why I’m stalling. Johnson 140 will only start w a fast start & I have to run it for a couple minutes before shifting to neutral or it stalls out? I can drive it for 2 hours but as soon as idle her probably going to stall. Does 2003 suzuki motor have an idle control switch maybe ?
