VST-no power -Killswitch? ECM?

My pin connector shows no voltage to VST.
Engine will tun over but not start.
Does the kill-switch cut power to VST?
Is there a reset procedure?

Should have fuel pump relay.

Mikey,
I did not know how to test the relay so I have ordered a new one.
My 2006 4 stroke EFI BigFoot will turn over but not start. I also changed fuel pump, spark plugs and VST.
Fuel line were eroded and full of crystals.
Hopefully the relay will solve issue.

You can have someone turn key to no position and listen for fuel pump.
