vro conversioni have seen a conversi 1972 150hp

i have seen a conversion done where they took a fuel pump from a 1972 150 johnson .and replaced the vro on these new model 90 to 115 motors they of course had to premix their fuel.anyone have a opinion on this conversion. all of these conversions have been because of bad vro.this conversion is less than 100 bucks.so i was looking for people who done this to see if it created any problems...

there was no 1972---150...and yes people have done sev types of conversions.,on THAT eng,i would use the fuel pump only replacement...cuz u have to deal w/the vapor sep tank,pump,etc,etc,..(VST)
