Volvo Jabsco water pump 'drive isolator' 1968 SMF

Anybody know the actual name of this part? Have guessed at drive: Isolator, bushing, clutch, dog no luck finding it. Is on backside of pump that slips over the crank. Clearly there to isolate the pump from the engine by meshing the drive dogs on the crank and pump.

These might generic enough that I could find one, but considering trying to make on out of Delrin. Any opinions out there on the viability of that plan?

drill through for shaft, cut out dogs with jigsaw and clean up with dremel...could it be that simple?
 
To close the loop on this one:

Lovejoy not responsive to e-mail but made a call, narrowed down what is likely the replacement. Material is Buna-N rubber which handles the heat, RPM and torque requirements.

Local distributor in St. Pete is Terry Bearing (they are a 'go to' for many items).
