Verado Break In Data Collection

I am interested in knowing what details I can get and review from an Mercury Verado engine computer scan -- looking at buying a slightly used (about 30 Hours) Verado 300hp V8. Would like to drill down on the data that is collected by the engine's computer and see how the engine was used during the first 2 hours and then next 8 hours of the break in period. Is there a way to review the data hour by hour our even minute by minute?

Also, as a general rule of thumb does it really matter how a Verado 300 V8 is broken in?
