Vaccum switch 200 HP Johnson

Switch leaks gas has one wire missing ground wire still there , boat surges and stalls at speed , hiccups and stalls at idle . Been sitting long while cleaned fuel tank , new filters , carbs cleaned , new plugs ? I don't know where switch plugs in.1995

Describe this vacuum switch.----Does this " vacuum switch " have a red lever ?----If so , it is not a vacuum switch.----Overheating and going into S.L.O.W. mode ?--Water pump impeller looked at ?-----Sorry it is up to you to do some trouble shooting.-----Compression test , post your numbers.----Does spark jump a gap of 3/8" or more on all leads on a test device ?

Vaccum switch appears to have had two wires one ground and one missing , also a seep hole in switch , also a small fuel line off of feed to pump with a tee , mounted to bottom of fuel pump mount . Does not seem to be overheating , it's got water circulation and doesn't feel hot to the touch . The stator has me wondering , it's appears to have gotten hot and some of the coating on the coils , magnet have dropped down . Thanks so much for replying
