Upper rubber mount assy disassembling

Hi everyone, I am trying to get the upper rubber mount assy changed but can't figure out how, I have already unsembled the mid section but can't figure this out. I've posted some pics of my progress. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Forgot to say it's a 1999, 175 hp Evinrude.
My attachment never went through either.

The reason I'm Changing the assy is due to that both screws have broken inside the assy.
