Two line pressure tank

I have a 1957ish two line pressure tank and I've rebuilt everything except the hose connector. Does anyone have instructions on disassembling and reassembling one of these connectors?

The o-rings can be replaced without dis-assembling the connecter.-----Need a toothpick and another sharp pointy tool to pull the rings out .----work the new ones in.

Thanks for that. The springs don't force the plugs into the orings right now, if I need to replace the springs do I need a press or can I knock them out with a pin punch?
