Troubleshooting Tips

I was cleaning up a computer at work and came across an ap note published by Fluke. It provides close to two dozen tips on troubleshooting various engine circuits with a DMM. Some are rather neat and I haven't seen them elsewhere. Unfortunately, I've posted too many files and don't have enough space to add it to the board.

If anyone wants a copy, let me know or send a PM with an email address. It should be ~ 500KB, encoded, so it should go w/o any issues. If someones wants to post it, I can forward to a valid address, too.
