I've got a 1996 15hp giving me trouble. Symptoms are.
1. Iratic idle, then it stalls.
2. Once warm needs wide open throttle to start. Then idle could be high or low then stalls.
3. Motor runs fine with half reves or more.
I have cleaned carby many times and have rebuilt with a carby kit.
I tried another carburetor of a motor that runs fine and it had the same symptoms, so I don't think it's the carby.
Compression is good at 100 both cylinders.
So not sure what else it could be, could it be Upper or lower crankshaft seal or leaking crankcase ???
