Tj90tlets timing

What is the spec to the timinng on a [FONT=&quot]Tj90tlets. I could figure out why is was running bad took the cover off and the spark advancer arm was off. I have gun just need to know the specs

I have a 1990 90 hp and it is 28 degrees at wot. I am almost positive that 1993 is the same. You will probably hear from some more experienced guys who can confirm that. Search on this site for Joe Reeves timing method. It worked perfectly for me.

That Joe Reeves method is the easiest and safest way to set WOT timing that I know of. Find it.

i cant get it to 28 i am out of threads. the rod came disconnect. i dont think the rod is in the right place.

Timing on these motors does not normally go out of adjustment.-----Sound like you are doing something wrong.----Review the timing procedure or pay for help to save you from destroying your motor.
