Timing Linkage Looped 1988 120 HP Help

I recently purchases an excellent 120 HP 1988 Johnson motor to replace my 1988 Merc which exploded into many pieces. I did not notice at the time but the person that removed it broke the timing linkage "0432095" and several of the associated parts are missing. I have looked on several sites and they all say that this is no longer available. I have looked around at the marinas in my area and this motor seems to be different then most, and therefor I can not find a used part. Is there an aftermarket part available somewhere or is anybody aware of a sourse for used parts? Thanks for any help!!
