Tilt trim. 2004 sylvan 190 4.3 inboard

new tilt trim switch has another switch on it that I have no place for on handle. Throttle is in 1/2 way position and trim want go up unless I jump it. Help please.,

And hill pump motor just started running by itself. I had to un hook battery

Some one please help. I have boat sold ! If I can fix these problems
