I have a 1998 E200TXECM 200hp outboard. tilt/trim button seemed sticky so I worked it a little. Next morning motor was all the way up. Did manual release to trailering hold. Hydraulic fluid is full, tilt motor runs but nothing happens. Retightened release screw. Trim cylinders are in the up, extended , position. Any ideas?
