Tiller Shift Cable Setup

Just replaced power head and exhaust gaskets and reassembled my 1994 20 hp manual start, tiller shift Mercury 2 cycle outboard. Runs great, but I can't get the shift cables adjusted so that it shifts correctly. First had them reversed so it ran in reverse when shifted to forward, and now can't get it to shift into reverse. Anybody got a schematic or good instruction in how to set them up properly?

Thanks for the offer. I'll be looking for the pdf of the shift cable setup for my 1994 20hp tiller shift Mercury. I also sent a message through my personal email because this method didn't work earlier.
