tensioner pulley

I have 2004 5.7 crusaders and there is a loud squeak form the pulley on the belt tensioner. I am having trouble finding the exact pulley replacement, any help. Also this is the 2nd time I had to replace this, DO these normally go bad? Any help much appreciated,

may be worth seeing if you can identify the bearing used...many times, they are fairly easy to replace and pretty economical...and the better bearings will last much longer...

can't comment on that particular parts lifetime...
