I would like to know if adding a temperature gauge to my 2004 Merc 225 4 stroke EFI (actually Yamaha) do I need a sending unit with it or is there a electrical connector already on the head (I know there is a temp sensor that gives an alarm) that will match up and if so what brand is best or easiest to install.
I also want to add an oil pressure gauge the same way if any one knows how and where to connect. tks
