I'm working on a 94 40hp F

I'm working on a 94 40hp Force with weak spark. Found trigger impedance at 700 ohms @ 70 degree temp. Is this within parameters? Does anyone know trigger voltage output while cranking? Can I get technical help at this site or am I barking up the wrong tree? This is my 5th posting on this subject. Thanx Tim
