Suzuki DF115 2005 - Power tilt

Does anybody know where I can buy this screw? I can't find it in the part list.
And what does it do?

No, its not on that drawing. As you can see from the picture I attached part no 14 is still in the housing. This screw is on the right and below from part no 14

It is a check valve.-----What is the trim unit doing / not doing ?

Its leaking oil from that screw, the tilt is not lifting the motor.

Does it need a new o-ring seal ?

Need to remove the power tilt to replace the screw, but I have problem with removing the steering arm. Anybody with tips on how to loosen this nut? Its completely stuck
