Suzuki 150DF 2019 Low Rpm & MPH

Took the boat out a few weeks ago and noticed I’ve lost about 10mph and my RPMs are low at about 4500.
I checked all the fuel lines, gas tank, primer bulb. Changed spark plugs and always keep up on all the maintenance.

It’s like the boat runs great but the 2nd half of my throttle is missing.
Any ideals what to check next? Thanks.

I did run a new transducer cable through the same tube as my throttle cables, not sure if that’s just a coincidence or I did something to the throttle cables when running my transducer cable through ? I checked and all looks fine when I throttle to wot.
