stuffing box

I need to either tighten up or repack my stuffing soon. I am running twins and does anyone know if the lock nut tightens in the same direction that the prop shaft turns or are they all right handed threads, Thanks for any input

it could go either way depending upon the brand used....many times, a close inspection of the exposed threads will give you insight..
